As a trailblazer and industry leader, Tusshar not only holds one of the largest pageants in the country, but elevates and casts light upon untapped talent and potential that he ardently fosters and drives towards international accolades. Tusshar’s ethos revolves around uplifting talent to the heights they never deemed possible – to set their hearts on fire for what they are most passionate about and to equip them with the tools necessary to bring their dreams to life.
Tusshar started his career as a runway fashion director and stylist in 2008 and since then has nurtured and polished over 168 events and awards associations.
From being a founder of IIFTA Awards to being the founder of pagents like Mrs India Universe, Archerz Mrs India, Queen of Asia International and schools and agency like Archsshar International luxury style school and Viscera events and model management, Tusshar’s wealth of industry knowledge and experience yields an environment for up and coming talent to achieve excellence in the launching of their careers, and most importantly their dreams and ambitions.
